Well all the speculation of who was going to be my companion well... we were all wrong. When I went to get my second badge and find out my companion was I was told to go to the side because I was a "Special Case." I didn't want to be special I just wanted to get my room assignment and my companion's name. When I went to the side they informed me that I didn't have a companion and that I was a SOLO SISTER. At first I thought it was some kind of a weird joke cause I have never heard of someone not having a companion. I was the only sister in my group that was learning Portuguese and so I would have 2 Elders and companions. I had another Portuguese speaking roommate we went to the temple and slept in the same room and that was it. The rest of the time I spent all my time with just Elders. It provided for some interesting times, lots of questions, and a ton of crazy looks. The elders always like to tease me that they were babysitting me. My life as a Solo Sister:
