Arriving in Portugal

I feel pretty embarrassed about these pictures. I know they are real gems with my short crazy hair and my shirt all tucked in - classy I know. But i just feel like these are too good not to share.
I was so excited to arrive in Portugal. We flew for hours and hours. On March 10, 2009 we flew from Salt Lake City to Chicago. It was great we got to talk to our families one the phone. We then went from Chicago to Frankfurt and then we finally arrived in Porto. President and Sister Henry picked us up along with the assistants. We came back to the mission home and then went to work out visa requirements. After traveling for days without sleeping I completely passed out when we were watching at CNAI. They tried talking to me and tried to yell to wake me up and finally had to shake me because I was so tired. After that we were able to take naps at the mission home. At night we had a fantastic dinner and a testimony meeting. Then we were able to go to bed for the night.
The next morning we went to the church for some training and met our colegas. My trainers were Irma Elisabeth Svedin from Utah and Irma Aubrey Evans from Arizona. I called assigned to serve in Coimbra.
