Coimbra

I was so grateful for the opportunity I had to start my mission in the wonderful city of Coimbra. It is such a beautiful with so much character. There were lots of hills so the views of the beautiful buildings were great. There were also hidden architectural treasures all around the city. I served in the Coimbra 2 ward. There are two wards in this city. The members are so nice and welcoming. There is also a huge university here that is one of the oldest universities in Europe and the oldest university in Portugal so it was a great opportunity to work with younger people. The people were very friendly and so nice. I loved the city and the people of Coimbra.
